The intention of the Australian Dairy Hygiene Handbook is to act as a reference manual for farm dairy hygiene in Australian conditions. The Handbook  is based on the science of cleaning and how it can be applied in Australia where water quality and water availability have such a dominating influence. It draws on the experience, expertise and knowledge from a range of local and international resources.
